The facility, located near Wilson Elementary School on 40th off Stannus Street, is shown by appointment only.

• Separate entrance from the Delta Presents Administration Office

• This 11,063 square feet facility located in the John Barrow Community has been designated for “public service”

• 3,000 s.f. main area that seats approximately 150 people banquet style or 250 people theater style

• Commercial kitchen

• Multipurpose room that seats approximately 30 people

• Parking for 50 vehicles adjacent to the building and available at no charge

• Extensive interior and exterior renovations were completed in 2016

• Rental space is available for private events
